What is the delivery time?
In-stock vehicles: shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Custom or specific models: delivery time depends on sourcing and preparation. Contact our sales team for a confirmed timeline.
Which brands do you supply?

Are the vehicles left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD)?
Most vehicles are LHD. RHD models can be supplied on request, depending on availability. The China-market Toyota Highlander is built in LHD.
Can I mix different models in one order or container?
Yes. Mixed-model orders are accepted, and we help optimise container loading to save on shipping costs.

Do you sell new or used Toyota Highlanders?
Both. The current 2026 Toyota Highlander is supplied as new (0 km) vehicles. The 2024 and 2023 model years are supplied as used vehicles, sourced per order and inspected before export. Tell us the age limit in your country and we only quote vehicles that comply.
Do you quote FOB or CIF?
Either. FOB covers the vehicle delivered on board at the Chinese port of loading; CIF adds sea freight and insurance to your destination port. Read FOB vs CIF for vehicle imports for how each price is built.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed with your sales manager and written into the proforma invoice (PI) before you pay. Ask for the terms available for your order size and country.
Can the infotainment system be changed to English or Russian?
The China-market Highlander ships with a Chinese-language head unit. Apple CarPlay and Carlink are supported on the 2026 model, which lets drivers use phone apps in their own language. We explain the options in this guide.
How are the vehicles shipped?
By Ro-Ro vessel or in containers, depending on route, quantity and your preference. See packaging and shipping.
Is the Toyota factory warranty valid in my country?
Do not assume it is. China-market vehicles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms in China; coverage abroad depends on the manufacturer and your local distributor. Ask sales before ordering so the quote reflects what is actually included.
